Working Principle

HL series of closed cooling tower equipment is composed by host part, circulating pump system, and electrical control system. The fluid coolers host part is composed by the galvanized steel sprayhousing, condenser/cooler, fan, spray system, S-type water separator, sinks and other parts. Equivalent to a combination of heat exchangers, open cooling tower circulating pump system, pool as a whole, compact structure, beautiful appearance and generous.

The working principle is that the spray cooler indirectly heat exchange,energy efficient. During work process, requires cooling medium conveyed by the circulating pump to be cooled circulating within the condenser brass, through the spray pump spray water evenly sprayed into the heat exchange in the condensersurface, while a portion of the water was evaporated away the heat, the hot and humid air from the tower and then by the fan body.

Closed cooling tower run in two modes: air-cooled; air-cooled and spray. Two modes according automatically switches to the conditions required by the electronic control system to achieve energy saving.
